Hostal Hispalense reserves the right to pre-authorize the cards, before the arrival date.
- At no cost when cancellation done with more than 48h notice before arrival date.
- The first night is charged if the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to arrival
- For not coming.
- The Hostel reserves the right to charge the first night, and verify the validity of the card once the Reservation is received.
- In case the payment card is cancelled, we will contact the client to provide us with a valid payment method, otherwise, the Reservation will be cancelled.
Pets are allowed on request
- Public parking nearby.
- Once the Reservation is received, Hostal Hispalense reserves the rights to charge the first night, and verify the validity of the card.
- In case the card is invalid, we will contact the customer so that, in the shortest possible time, he will provide us with a valid card, otherwise, the Reservation will be canceled.
- We dont charge for babies or children undr 12 years old and they can be accommodated at no cost in existing beds.
- For groups: for bookings of five or more rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply.
